return of the log

Well finally and at last I return to this cesspit of confusion. Why would you have a blog if you can use a phone, write a 'real' letter talk to a live human????  I can't keep an appointment diary(much less any other kind)up to date -what hope the blog world!!!!  But then one does many things to pass a course so here we go.........
